Laksa Ayam Angel Hair
 
 
 
 
Ingredients   Directions
  • 250 gr Angel Hair pasta San Remo, boiled according to instructions on packaging
  • 500 g chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 L chicken broth
  • 4 stalks Lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 cm blue ginger, sliced thin
  • 8 pieces of orange leaves
  • 4 Limes
  • 100 ml cream Cooking Elle & Vire
  • 200 ml fresh milk
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil, to saute ground spices
  • 4-6 pieces of basil leaves
  • Adequate scallions
  • Spices:
  • 100 g Turmeric
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 200 gr sauce Lee Kum Kee Chili Beans (Tobandjan / White Tauco Spicy)
  • 50 gr Dried prawns, toasted
  • 50 g Shallots
  • 40 gr Garlic
 
  • Heat oil and saute ground spices until fragrant.
  • Add lemon grass, blue ginger, lime leaves.
  • Add the chicken broth and chicken pieces. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, then add milk and cooking cream. Stir well and let it boil for a while.
  • Remove from heat. Mix well with pasta.
  • Garnish with chives, basil and lemon juice. Serve while hot.
