Chicken pasta penne with MANTAH sauce
 
 
 
 
Ingredients   Directions
  • 180 gr cooked penne pasta (already boiled)
  • 15 ml cooking oil
  • 5 gr red onion slices
  • 3 gr Garlic slices
  • 100 gr chicken thigh baked
  • 40 gr Cooked Pakis
  • 120 gr Sambal mantah
  • 1 gr Salt
  • 1 g pepper powder
  • 25 ml chicken broth
  • decoration:
  • 3 gr sliced red chilli
  • 2 gr leaves of onion slices
  • 4 gr Lime Pickle
 
  • How to cook:
  • 1. Saute onion and garlic stir until wilted and fragrant
  • 2. Place cooked Pakis, salt, pepper and chicken broth into pot and boil for 1 minute
  • 3. Add the chicken pieces
  • 4. Pour penne pasta, mantah sauce and mix well.
  • 5. Garnish decorative red chili slices, onion slices and lime. Serve hot.

  • 200 gr red onion slices
  • 100 gr Lemongrass sliced
  • 50 gr sliced red chilli
  • 25 gr cut eye chilli
  • 10 gr squeeze lemon pickles
  • 50 ml cooking oil
  • 5 gr grilled shrimp
  • 2 gr Salt
  • 1 gr pepper
  • 2 lmbr leaves orange slice
  • Blend all the above materials.
